Consultation:
As in any form of good communication, our first step is to listen.  Understanding your objectives and goals are crucial for evaluating and discerning your marketing strategy & structure.  We will then research the market competition and consult yet again with our recommendations on how to achieve your goals.  At this time we will present you with a layout and cost proposal.  If agreed upon, a contract for services will be signed and work will immediately begin on your project.  We will collect any marketing materials you may currently have including brochures, photos, text copy and any other materials that will aid in the design of your project. 

Creation:
At this stage, we review the information and materials previously collected and create the unique look and feel of your project.  This process will be worked very closely with you ensuring our work is meeting your standards. 

Communication:
For our web clients, we will design your site and supply you with a password making it possible for you to view all work in detail.  Keeping the communication lines open at all times.  We want you to be completely satisfied, so we encourage your involvement in this process.  We will integrate your feedback and ideas, refine the site design, and await your approval before continuing.  This process continues until you are completely satisfied with the concept.  Once the concept is approved, we will complete the rest of the content and submit it to you for your final approval.

Completion:
Before your web site is “turned live”, Cumberland Creative Designs will test your site on our servers making sure it looks and runs smoothly in both Internet Explorer and Netscape Navigator for both PC and Macintosh platforms.  Once final approval has been given, we will turn your site live and present you with a copy of all files created on CD-Rom.
